As a solo entrepreneur trying to build her own business as a Pregnancy and Post-Partum Fitness Coach, she found that resources for women were sorely lacking. And out of that need, G.R.O.W. was born. GROW provides resources, networking opportunities, and education to women, not just in Muncie, but throughout Indiana.

Actor and clown - Carmen creates silent short films in the style of Charlie Chaplin with a queer modern twist! She teaches clown workshops for theaters, universities, and businesses to build teamwork, resilience, and creativity.

Administrative Assistant - Carmen helps solo entrepreneurs and small businesses bridge the gap between doing it all alone and hiring employees for specific roles. She specializes in organizing chaos, writing/editing, and bookkeeping.

Katelyn Calhoun is a strategic storyteller, documentary filmmaker, and founder of Calhoun Creative Consulting. She is passionate about GROW because she loves working with women and witnessing the generosity, support, and space they hold for one another. She deeply believes that when women are given more resources and opportunities, they create lasting impact—making the world a better place for everyone.
